Terms and Conditions

This “Free POS for Five” offer is available to SoftPoint resellers only. To participate, resellers must submit up to 5 qualifying clients (restaurants, retail, or service businesses not currently using SoftPoint POS or affiliated services) via the referral form by December 31, 2025, or until 500 total licenses are claimed. Referred clients must sign a 3-year contract and complete POS installation by December 31, 2025, to receive 1 year of free SoftPoint POS access (full suite, including advanced ordering, mobile QR pay, online ordering, and integrations). Client eligibility is subject to SoftPoint LLC’s approval.

No revenue share applies during the free year. Post-free year, resellers earn 10% referral revenue share on activated clients’ paid subscriptions/processing, increasing to 25% after referring 25 locations. Offer not combinable with other promotions and may change without notice. SoftPoint LLC reserves sole discretion to determine referral eligibility and program terms.
